What Did Starbucks Offer Last Black Friday?
Research found no sitewide product or coffee discounts from Starbucks around Black Friday 2025, and no ship-to-home Black Friday or Cyber Monday sale, since past online store promotions had been discontinued. No broad percentage off was reported for US retail or online.
What did appear were limited promotions: buy-one-get-one offers, gift card bonuses such as a $25 eGift card with a $5 bonus in some periods, and holiday menu items. These are narrow promotions, not a Black Friday sale.
Anyone searching black friday deals at starbucks should expect rewards-style perks rather than a price drop on beans or drinks.
How To Pick The Right Starbucks Deal
The value here is in conditions, so read them.
- App or Rewards: many promotions required an account or the app.
- Gift card bonuses: a bonus card is real value only if you will spend it before it expires or the promo ends.
- BOGO terms: check which drinks and sizes qualify and the time of day.
- Merchandise: seasonal cups and gear are promoted separately from drinks.
If you buy coffee there weekly anyway, a gift card bonus is a quiet saving. If you do not, skip it.
Think about whether gift cards fit your habits. A bonus is spent only on future visits, and the money is committed to one chain. If you buy there often, it works like a modest discount. If you do not, the bonus is easy to waste.
When Do Starbucks Deals Drop?
No 2026 Starbucks offers have been announced. Black Friday is Friday, November 27, Thanksgiving is Thursday, November 26 and Cyber Monday is Monday, November 30. Watch the app through the holiday season, since promotions of this kind tend to be short and specific.
For home brewing instead, our Black Friday coffee deals page covers machines and beans. Starbucks' official site and app remain the place to confirm anything.
If you want a holiday gift, a gift card is the simplest route, and any bonus offer is a small extra. The app is where limited-time rewards usually appear first, so open it a few days before Black Friday.
One more point: packaged coffee sold in grocery stores follows retailer pricing, not Starbucks' own sale calendar. If you want beans, check the store's weekly ad as well.
